Rayatiga helps you build websites, maintain them, and move them from one platform to another. We mostly work with WordPress, but we can handle other platforms too. We also offer SEO, if you want your site to show up more often on Google. You can come to us for:

• Building a new website
• Routine maintenance, such as updates and backups
• Moving an old website to a newer system
• SEO, so search engines show your site more often

Usually up to 1 month, counted from when you've sent us all the materials (your logo, text, images, and so on). A simple project with materials ready early can be faster. A custom project with many revisions can take longer.

We only accept QRIS in the name of Rayatiga.com. We don't use personal accounts, e-wallets, or credit cards. This keeps payments secure and every transaction on record.

Yes. If you need unique features, a booking system, third-party API integrations, or a design that's out of the ordinary, tell us what you need. We'll work out the cost and timeline based on how complex it is.

Yes. Every project includes 3 free revisions, as long as they stay within the scope we agreed on at the start. After you see the first version, you can ask for changes at no extra cost.

Many of our clients ask us to keep their projects private, so we don't publish a portfolio. If you'd like references, contact us and we can share a few anonymous examples of our work.

If you're not satisfied with the final result for a reasonable reason, you can choose one of two options:

• 3 months of full support, including maintenance and up to 3 major revisions
• Or a refund of 50% of the total cost, and we keep the website live for 1 more year

Our partnerships run for one year at a time and can be renewed every year. We don't do long-term retainer contracts, so you're never locked in.

Yes. Every price on the website already includes PPN, with no extra costs added later. The price you see is the price you pay.
